The working principle of antistatic laminating board

The antistatic principle of the antistatic laminating board is to add conductive materials to the insulating polyester coating, so that the original insulating laminating board becomes a semiconductor, and the installation of the grounding wire of the construction project, but the static electricity generated by air convection and clothing friction on the surface of the laminating steel plate can be imported into the ground and disappear, thus playing an antistatic effect.

Use of antistatic laminate

Antistatic laminating board is mainly used in antistatic, high cleanliness dust-free, sterile places.

For example: computer and server room, circuit board workshop, semiconductor and silicon chips and other electronic production sites, equipment production plants, microelectronics field production and use of the ceiling, wall panel.

Performance of antistatic laminates

a. The processing properties and durability of the antistatic film are more prominent than that of ordinary plates;

b. Chemical resistance and solvent resistance are slightly higher than ordinary panels.
